Begin with the End in Mind Learning how to set goals and problem solve can help us feel good about ourselves and others. When we set goals and problem solve, we are learning to build healthy relationships and to deal with conflict better at school, home, and in our community. Sometimes we have a hard time controlling our feelings. Sometimes we get mad. It’s ok to be mad or upset about a situation but your end in mind should always be to solve the problem NOT react by hitting or hurting. Visualize your end in mind by calming your feelings and using your words. Don’t forget to about knowing what Zone you are in! The problem will get solved a lot quicker so that you can continue to play.
